STANDARD EQUIPMENT

STRUCTURE is metallic and galvanised by means of cold laminated profiles, designed under a structural calculation to form buildings of up to three storeys.

CLOSING made with sandwich-type panels, composed of two pre-lacquered sheets and a polyurethane nucleus, with a thickness of 40 mm.

INSULATION on roof by means of 80 mm glass wool with vapour barrier, and on walls by means of the sandwich panel.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY. Lacquered aluminium windows and colourless glass, with a metal grille, and a steel or aluminium door with a sandwich panel.

INTERIOR CARPENTRY. Sandwich-type panel divisions similar to that of the closing and wooden doors with aluminium rims.

INTERIOR FINISHES. False ceiling made of pre-lacquered steel and PVC floorings in paving stones over an anti-humidity board. PVC skirting board.

ROOF Roof composed of a ribbed galvanised sheet, with two slopes and concealed down-pipes.

ELECTRIC INSTALLATION by means of interior distribution, with protective panel, luminaries with diffusers and an installed socket.

PLUMBING INSTALATION viewed by means of pipes and polybutylene accessories. Porcelain and polyester bathroom fittings, with monoblock taps.
