The Company

Who we are

IDM is a pioneering company in Spain within the sector of modular construction. Founded in 1995 by professionals with over 15 years’ experience in the modular construction sector, IDM aims to offer flexible, high-quality constructive solutions.

We are specialists in the manufacturing, sale and rental of pre-industrialised modules for multiple sectors and uses; site offices, security cabins, telecommunication cabins and others.

Besides, our projects endorse modular construction as the ideal option for carrying out any type of construction, ranging from hospitals, nurseries and restaurants to hotels or gyms.

IDM has its own Engineering and Design department, whose job it is to find the right solutions for each project. It is thus that we create spaces in which functionality acts as the reference point, our constructions being furthermore endowed with a state-of-the-art design in accordance with our times.

We calculate and develop both the products requested by our customers, adapting them in accordance with the technical specifications and needs indicated, and those of our own making. Anything one an imagine will be possible for us because we are “Space creators”.

Engineering and Architecture

IDM has its own Engineering and Development department, which is equipped with special programmes of space calculation by means of finite elements and cad/cam manufacturing elements, which carry out an automatic linking process with our production lines.

We Calculate and Develop both the products requested by our customers, adapting them in accordance with the technical specifications and needs indicated, and those of our own making.
